There are many reasons your house may not sell. In most cases it is a combination of reasons rather then just one in specific.

Price is a major factor

PROBLEM: Price is a major factor when selling your home. Over pricing a home can be very problematic and cost you money in the end. When a property is over priced there tends to be less showings and the property remains on the market for a longer period of time and is subject to price reductions. This gives the property a poor stigma because it looks like there may be something wrong with it or that no one else wants it.

Marketing effectively

PROBLEM: Marketing is an important aspect of selling your home. If it is not marketed correctly, efficiently, and often then the buyers do not know your property exists. Today our buyers are made up of very different generations that get their information from very different sources. It is important to make sure that all of these sources are used.

Your property will be listed on multiple websites and in multiple languages. It is important to remember that we are all very diverse and in being that marketing needs to be very diverse as well.

First impressions

PROBLEM: Your home is your pride, your sanctuary, your life. But now its time for someone else to see it in that light. In order to do that we need to get them in the door for there second impression of your home. This can be difficult because there first impression comes from your pictures. If your pictures look dark, washed out, or are featuring your classic model car collection, buyers may not desire viewing your property. This results in less traffic and less chance of an offer.
